I live in a complex with a lot of mature trees. We maintain several feeders year round.

How wonderful. My father had a big, treed yard (in update New York) and he was so committed to filling his feeders year round. I now live in a first floor apartment in Florida on a pond, surrounded by trees in front and back – but we still haven’t figured out how to put up a feeder that doesn’t get immediately vandalized by squirrels!!

Hanging them high and retrieving to refill is a challenge here, especially in the winter.
